1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Hodaya Consulting (“GALILEE SPA”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

GALILEE SPA provides aesthetic and wellness services at our location in Nampa, Idaho.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

4. Deposits

A minimal deposit is encouraged and applied toward the promotional treatment price.

5. Refunds

No refunds; all sales are final. If applicable, amounts may be exchanged for store credit only.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late: If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to maintain the schedule for other clients. You will be held responsible for full-service fees regardless of shortened treatment time.

7. Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive services.

8. Accepted Payments

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit cards, Debit cards, Cash.

9. SMS / Text Message Communications

Our SMS program is described in detail in our Privacy Policy §2. The program is opt-in, customer-care only, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
